Jim Weller簡介
Jim Weller博士,澳大利亞塔斯馬尼亞大學生命科學學院植物遺傳學副教授,澳大利亞研究委員會的未來學者。1996年獲得博士學位,之后在日本理化研究所和荷蘭瓦寧根大學從事6年的博士后研究,2002年返回塔斯馬尼亞大學獲得助理教授職位。Weller博士的研究領域為植物生理、發育和進化,目前主要從事豌豆、苜蓿菜豆等豆科作物的開花、莖尖發育、激素功能和光溫反應的分子遺傳研究;同時利用比較生物學、作物馴化和自然變異來改良豆科作物的產量。
